Shipping policy
At Superior Outdoor, we work hard to get your gear into your hands quickly and reliably so you can get back to doing what you love — spending time outside.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Flat rate of $8.99 or FREE on orders over $59.99.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Not Available at this time.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Local Delivery (For Marquette, MI residents ONLY)
- ONLY for customers in within the immediate Marquette, MI area, local drop-off may be available upon request.
- To request Local delivery: After placing your order contact Kyle@superior-outdoor.com with subject line "Local Delivery Request [insert Order #]". From there we will review the request and reply within 24 hours.
- If request is approved, we will deliver your order the following business day. If denied, your order will ship via Standard Shipping.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, please note:
- Weather events, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally impact transit times.
- Superior Outdoor is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office and neighbors first. If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
