Refund policy
At Superior Outdoor, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- To start a return, email us at Kyle@superior-outdoor.com with your order number and reason for return. In the email subject line put "RETURN [insert order #]".
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery.
- If you’d like a different size or color, let us know and we’ll ship the replacement once your original item is returned.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
Defective or Wrong Item
- If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Email us at Kyle@superior-outdoor.com with "RETURN [insert order #]" in the subject line.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders).
- Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location.
